What is Microsoft One Note

Microsoft OneNote is a digital note‑taking application designed to store all your notes, ideas, plans, and information in one organised place. It works like a virtual notebook with unlimited pages and sections, and it syncs across all your devices so you can access your notes anywhere.

Why you should use One Note

Any notes you take will be there forever, nothing is thrown away, you can’t easily delete a One Note notebook, and the search is super-fast.

We have One Note notebooks that are over 11 years old and still search for notes in the notebooks
